Steve Bailin has provided customized advice and investment strategies to high-net-worth individuals and families for over 30 years. Known for his high standards in personalized client service, Steve has also achieved nationally recognized accomplishments in numerous leadership roles as a top-performing Complex Manager on the WestSide of Los Angeles.
As a leader, Steve cultivated many Financial Advisors who successfully navigated market cycles, managed risk, and fostered growth. These advisors, under his mentorship, provided top-tier wealth management services based on key metrics.
Steve earned his undergraduate degree in business and accounting from the University of Southern California and began his financial services career in 1987 as a Financial Advisor. His true passion lies in developing talent, which led to a series of upwardly mobile opportunities. These roles allowed him to expand his vision of creating an enterprise with highly competent, ethical, and seasoned planning professionals, culminating in the launch of Orion Capital.
At Orion Capital, Steve helps clients plan their futures, overcome challenges, and celebrate achievements aligned with their values and priorities. Outside of work, Steve enjoys spending time in the mountains with his children, golfing, and playing the guitar.
